You fill in the brief
Start by completing the Start a Project form. It covers everything I need — your business, the look you're after, what pages you need, and whether you have content ready. No call required to get going; the form is designed to give me a complete picture.
If you'd rather see what's possible first, the free mockup option is on the same page. I'll create a homepage design concept based on a light brief — no commitment needed.

Within one business day I'll review your brief, confirm the scope, and send you a formal project summary with the agreed price and delivery date. Once you're happy, you pay the 50% deposit and we're off.
If anything is unclear, I'll ask at this stage — not halfway through the build.

Before I write a single line of code, I'll share the homepage design with you for approval. This is your chance to see the direction, suggest changes, and make sure we're aligned before the rest of the site is built.
Most clients approve at this stage with minor tweaks. Larger direction changes are much cheaper to make here than after the full build.

With the design approved, I build the complete site — all pages, mobile-responsive, fast-loading, with every feature from your package included. I work from your content and direction, applying design consistency across every page.
You don't have to check in daily. I'll surface the site when it's ready for your review.

I share a preview link of the complete site for your feedback. You review it, note any changes, and I work through them. All packages include a round of revisions — so take your time and be specific.
I'll keep iterating until you're genuinely happy with the result. My reputation depends on you being proud of what we built together.
⏱ Revisions typically resolved within 24 hoursWhat counts as a revision? Copy changes, colour adjustments, layout tweaks, image swaps, section reordering — all included. Additions of whole new pages or major scope changes are quoted separately at the add-on rate.
Final payment & launch
Once you've signed off, you pay the remaining 50%. I then transfer all files to your Netlify account, help you connect your domain (or walk you through it), and your site goes live.
You'll have everything: the code, the Netlify account credentials, and a handover note covering how to make simple updates yourself.

The more clearly you can brief me, the faster and smoother the project goes. Here's what helps most.
Your copy / text
What you do, who you serve, your story, and what you want visitors to do. Don't worry if it's rough — I can tidy it up. Copywriting assistance is also available as an add-on.
Photos & images
Your logo, photos of your work, team, or premises. If you don't have photos, I can recommend free stock image sources that won't look stock-y.
Brand direction
Colours, fonts, or a mood — even "something clean and modern" is a starting point. Links to 2–3 sites you like (and why) are more useful than you'd think.
Your goals
What do you want the site to do? Generate enquiries? Showcase a portfolio? Book appointments? This shapes every layout decision I make.
